Founded in 1782, Jarvis Memorial UMC is the oldest Methodist congregation in Greenville, NC.  Jarvis Memorial is proudly United Methodist today and is recognized by the NCCUMC as a Lighthouse Congregation. We are committed to the care of those who wish to remain United Methodist. We seek to be a haven of peace and hospitality through worship, discipleship, mission, sacrament, and pastoral care. One Worship Service
Often on holiday weekends, Jarvis offers a Single Service Sunday, giving all who worship an opportunity to join in one worship. These alternate with the Contemporary and Traditional services. Watch the announcements for social gatherings with these weekends as well!
