Today’s anthem shows how Mark Miller uses his gifts of music to change the world in practicing justice as Jesus taught. He lives the example with music all while inspiring and empowering people to create a loving community. I Choose Love was written in direct response to the tragic church shooting, June 2015 at Mother Emmanuel AME Church in Charleston, S.C. This anthem, using Lindy Thompson’s lyrics, represents our solidarity to love in the midst of pain, war and brokenness, choose community and choose love.
